microphone not working also trying to upload my voice recordings not working....

I was so excited to make a video then its just been nothing but trouble... i cant find out how to make my microphone recognize in the adobe express... i have a mic its working... i dont see any permission settings for this app or web page or what ever it is... and when  i try to upload my voice recordings also not working it just is like a blank file that you cant hear anything... sigh.. thanks so much for your time. gotta go to work soon wish this didnt take up my whole morning trying to figure out. if i dont figure this out i would rate this honestly rate this app 2/10.... if i can figure this out i would rate this app better...

Hi @eyostar, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! This shouldn't be happening. 

Please confirm if the mic is properly connected to your device.

 

When you open Adobe Express on a desktop browser (Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) and select Media > Audio, do you see the blue dots as shown in the image below? 

 

You may want to test the mic before working on Adobe Express to see if it's operating properly. You can do so here: Mic test. I'd also recommend you to check if all sound/mic drivers are updated.

Then, I'd suggest you try working in private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes any difference.

Awe thanks so much I will try these things. And let you know how it goes. I wasn't even seeing those microphone options or the blue dots.
