Missin features or missing information? Shape boarder radius & "option" adjustment

I have been using Canva for creating ad creatives for my marketing agency, I just learned that Adobe Express is included in my Adobe plan - so I tried it out.

Now I'm unsure if I'm doing something wrong or if these two features are completely missing from this creative software - which should be extremely weird considering Adobe is one of the oldest in the game...

Firstly, I can't change the border-radius to whatever I want. I'm stuck with two shapes, either straight corners or very rounded corners, and I can't do something in between.

The other thing is that I can't resize objects with either the shift function or the "option" /"ctrl" function to resize equally on both sides.

I think to "option" / "ctrl" function is the most important one since the resizing tool in adobe express is very advanced as it is.

But neither can I resize an object while keeping the center at the same place while holding "option" / "ctrl"?!

Either I have been missing something, the features are not yet added, or Adobe lost their mind with this tool... ? lol
