Is there a way to know if a template is mobile optimized, or is there a mobile emulator to see how a design will look on that device?

Hi @mktgks, Adobe Express provides templates based on standard print and digital media requirements, includeing all social media platforms. Once a template is created its assets donot move based on the platform they are being opened on.
If you’re looking for templates that automatically adapts to screen sizes and orientations, then I’d suggest you to drop a feature request here: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express
Our product team might reach out to you asking for more details on this.

    Hope this helps!
    Thanks!

    Thank you for the response.
I was wondering whether the “newsletter” templates were meant for email use (and therefore might be opened on a mobile device) or for a printed newsletter that might be mailed or posted on a bulletin board.

As these templates can be exported as PDFs or images, you can use them as email attachments.
You should give Adobe Express webpages a try for this purpose.
You can search for newsletters and select ‘Online newsletter’ to view templates. (screenshot attached)
