Mobile version of spark page blurry

My logo looks great on the desktop version but looks blurry on mobile version. Adobe support says:

 

"This is in regards to your issue with "CC express page: ""Images look blurry on mobile browsers".

We would like to inform you that it's an expected behavior with cc express and suggest you to please post this request on cc express user-voice page, so that engineers can review it and add enhancement to the image rendering quality in future releases."

 

I spent 8hrs resizing, redesigning, reworking everything I could think of then gave up and sent the Ai file to the support team. They couldn't figure it out. Has anyone figured out any kind of a work around to this issue? 

I am severely disappointed in Adobe for this. Integration between mobile and desktop versions of a web page is rudimentary work for developers. This is not what I expect from a leader in design software.

I'm having the same problem! I have 2 businesses. The images I make for my first one always look good, but anytime I create and download an image for my second one, it comes out blurry. So it's like every other image I make is blurry, it doesn't make any sense why some are clear and some aren't.

    Apologize for the delay. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of
    the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
