Most Quick actions are gone

Dear users,

I am experiecing an issue since this weekend whereby most Quick Actions are no longer available with only a few remaining (see screenshot below). My colleagues all have the same issue. Also I noticed Adobe Express is now titled Education Version. Are we loosing all the functionality we have been used to?
