Moving an element

I want to move an element.

Eg at 0:05 the text or element is small in the upper left corner and at 0:10 ist big and in the middle. How do I do it?

I want to do this with adobe express. How can I do it. I saw the animation section. It moves elements only in presets. I want to move them my way.

Animation in Adobe Express is only done through presets. You can have a fully manual experience with After effects for example, which is a professional software. Adobe Express, in regards to animation, is more a simpler app for posting on social media etc...

Generally moving an element is done with the mouse (dragging), and changing its size is done with clicking on it once to have the sizing handles appear, and then you can drag the handles to resize.
