MP4 exportation lowers the resolution of some assets.

Hey everyone, how's it going? I'm having an issue exporting an MP4 video in Adobe Express. This is the video quality in my browser. 



And this is the exported video in 4K. The export process significantly lowers the resolution of the PNG image of my face in the left corner.

 

I tried to change the resolution to a way higher aspect ratio, but it didn't work.

What could be going on here?
I wonder if it has anything to do with the Background Removal tool (I used it on this image)

Hi ​@octaviorocha! Thanks for sharing the comparison screenshots. 

Could you let us know the original resolution of the PNG before using Background Removal, and whether the same image exports clearly if you use the original version without removing the background?

It would also be helpful to know whether other images in the project are affected, or if the quality loss is limited to this particular background removed image.

If possible, please also try downloading the background removed image from Express and check its resolution compared with the original PNG. This can help determine whether the resolution is being reduced during the background removal process or during MP4 export.
