MP4 Import Error

When trying to import a video clip in mp4 format (to the video creator), I get the error below. Back in Spark days, if I got this code, I would just try re-uploading the same clip, and the problem solved itself.
 
However, even when I do this multiple times, and even when I "convert" my mp4 to mp4 again within CC Express, I still get this, no matter the file size. I've tried logging out and back in again, restarting and updating my computer, etc.

    Hi Alexm,

     

    Sorry for the trouble. Let me check this for you. Can you try performing the same step with a different browser? You can also try clearing cache n cookies. Just try and see if that works. If not, then write us back with a screenshot of the error. We will keep a close watch on this.

      Hello,

         I've been trying this through the app, but I've just gone into both Chrome and Edge to try, and same result 😞 It's very frustrating because I spent so much time in Spark creating video templates for work that are now essentially useless (and now need to be recreated in Premiere Pro). Hoping to find a fix soon!
