mp4 playback issue

I've been using adobe express to convert avi to mp4 files. My issue is that when I playback the mp4 file, the last few seconds of the video freezes. Any help would be amazing! The audio is also out of sync with the video, if that's helpful.

Welcome to the Adobe Express forum 🙂 Are these avi files you created yourself? The sync and freeze issues are likely due to our coverter having difficulties working with whatever encoding/codec was used when creating the avi files. If these are avi files you created yourself, you may want to test other file formats or encoding options when creating the files if that is possible? Other than that, the only other thing that comes to mind would be to test using other coverters (check if they are able to convert without these issues) and test playback in alternate players (confirm the sync and freeze issues occur there as well).
