My Adobe Express Project is broken.

So, I was working on a project for some time when suddenly my computer screen briefly went black and when it returned my project was not displaying correctly. The canvas simply displays whatever was on the previous open tab and even trying to download the project into a jpg results in a blank document.

 

I have checked and all the old layers are still there so the document is not gone, but it simply will not display correctly.

 

Do any of you know a fix to this?

 

P.S: I was working on a chromebook.

I've had this happen frequently over the last couple of weeks. While working on a project with several elements and a couple of pages, when the platform autosaves the entire screen goes black for 1-2 seconds. When it comes back the project page is blank. I have to either click to a different page in the project or refresh the browser page and it comes back. Nothing is lost but its time consuming. Any fix?

Thanks for reaching out to us. This shouldn't be happening with the Creative Cloud Express.

Could you please share the screenshots of the project you see on the workspace and the downloaded project? 

 

Is this happening with all the projects or any specific one? We tried to replicate this on our end, and it worked fine for us. You may try after clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're working on. Could you try working on a different browser or in incognito mode if that makes any difference?
