My generative credits are over itseems and its asking to request for unlimited, when i am trying to request, it isnt taking it.

Just to make sure I point you the right way - it sounds like this is about your generative credits running out and the "request" option not going through, rather than changing your plan, so kglad's link may not be the one you need here.
