My imported videos are suddenly horribly out of sync

That's a rough first 30 minutes - buying something and having it act up right away isn't a good start!

A few quick things will tell me where the sync is slipping:

• Does it start in sync and gradually fall behind, or off the whole way through? And if you pause and play again, does it improve at all?

• Editor preview as you work, or only after you export/download?

• What is your Browser and OS (e.g. Chrome on Mac)?

• What are the 5 videos from - phone, screen recordings, a mix? If you happen to know, are they regular MP4s, or something with high-quality/uncompressed audio (screen recorders and some cameras do this)?

Depending on your answers this is either something about the files themselves or something on the playback side - both have a path forward. If you can, share one clip that's drifting (or a short screen recording of the problem) and I'll get specific.
