My premium membership

I have an Adobe Express Premium membership, which my profile recognizes. Yet every time Adobe Express is opened, my projects are there, but it acts as if I need to upgrade to a premium membership which I already have. Please help. It is *****du@yahoo.com I subscribed through Apple, which is why I use my Apple ID. However, the same thing happened when it listed me as being at gmail. I thought keeping it uniform with Apple would make a difference.

To resolve this, please double-check the Apple ID or the App Store ID under which you made the purchase. Sometimes, issues like this can occur when there's a mismatch between the Adobe account and the Apple ID used for the subscription.

If you continue to experience problems, I recommend contacting the App Store support directly. They should be able to assist you in confirming if the subscription went through.
