My project will not save.

Question

I am working on a logo for a website. The most recent draft I made was approved to be sent to some group for further edits. I attempted to duplicate the file, saving both in the process, but then I was automatically logged out of Adobe.

Upon logging back in, the project had reverted back to a previous draft from two weeks ago. This does not take much time to fix, but then when I do fix it, the changes are erased once more. The autosave function never completes, and when I finish working on something, I can download it but if I leave the app/webpage, all updates will disappear.

Hi Daniel,

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I'd recommend testing in private or Incognito mode in a few different browsers and see if you are still seeing the behavior. It might also be helpful to clear the browser cache and remove any offline web content. Please try these and let us know if they help.
