my saves/projects etc are missing, web page says to refresh- did not work

I logged in and instead of being brought to my most recent project I was brought to the home page. On the home page none of my recent projects were available to me. I clicked on “your stuff” to see if I could open the project I needed from there. Nothing was in there- every time it loaded it told me to refresh the page.

Refreshing the page did not work, I signed out and signed back in and that also did not work.

I exited my browser and relaunched it, trying all the same steps above and still no luck.

I need these projects for work, how do I get them back?

They don't even show up in my Creative Cloud library like they used to.

Thanks for sharing this info @carlajo13

Partial migration can cause a broken state where cloud assets may not be linked to the new license. Once it's done, the assets will appear!

    UPDATE:

This issue was due to a new ETLA that was implemented on 6/27/26. My agency had to have someone in our ITS software licensing team fully migrate my licensing as it had only partially migrated.

    Hope that makes sense!

    @Amitej S

Hi, thank you for your response.

It is all items; Projects, Libraries, etc.

I signed out then back in, refreshed, cleared my cache/cookies, signed in and out again, refreshed, restarted my browser etc.

I tried to retrieve the items from Creative Cloud and they are not there.

it notes at the bottom of Creative Cloud that it was having trouble retrieving some items.

I also tried creating new projects and there was an issue there as well. It said I was not authorized and to sign in. I was already signed in, but signing in again did not remedy anything. I checked with my agency and the free version is included in our licensing so I don’t know what that means.

I am also the only person using this account, it is under my work email, so I am sure this is the correct account.

Thanks for the update, can you share the HAR file for us to investigate?

Hi @carlajo13, we’d need the HAR file containing logs of your network requests and responses between your web browser and the Adobe Express website..

You can refer to the following for fetching the HAR file:

Once you have these files, try uploading them to a cloud storage link and sharing that link with us so we can investigate further.

@Amitej S I will have to consult with my operations team before I can share items from my computer as I do not know what sharing this type of file will entail.

    thank you.

Hi @carlajo13, thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you're running into this!

To start, could you confirm that you're signed into the correct Adobe account? If you're part of a team or organization, please also check that you've selected the correct team or profile, as projects may not appear if you're in a different one.

Could you check whether your projects are visible here: https://www.adobe.com/files/?

Also, let us know, whether only your Projects are affected, or if Brands, Libraries, and other assets are missing as well.

Once we have these details, we'll be able to investigate further and help you get to the bottom of this.

    Thanks!
