My subscription is not active but I keep getting charged monthly

When I go to my App Store it shows that my subscription is cancelled but I keep getting charged monthly ($10) for a subscription from adobe. I would like to cancel this charge on my account and receive a refund because I did cancel the subscription in the time frame it was supposed to be in.
