Navigating to Video Subtitling via Features

I can directly Google Adobe Express Video Subtitle and get directed to https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/add-subtitle

 

But I can't find a way to NAVIGATE to that page by going via the FEATURE drop down menu. When I click on ALL FEATURES, nothing on that page is about ADD-SUBTITLE.

 

Why's that?

Since there aren’t any answers, let me attempt to rephrase my question.

 

How do I “NAVIGATE” (by scrolling and clicking on buttons within each of the pages below – and NOT by editing the URL) from

this page: https://www.adobe.com/express/feature

to this page: https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video and finally

to this page: https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/add-subtitle

 

I can’t find any buttons on the preceding page that, when clicked, lead to the next page (of the three pages above). The only way to move to the other pages is by editing the URL text.

 

At least, that’s what I think.

 

Any help?
