Thank you for writing. Which app are you using? When did you get this image? Have you got this image after downloading/exporting it? Is this happening with just one image or multiple images? Did you try reinstalling the app? Please confirm if you have the same issue on the web app. Kindly answer all the questions so that we can get to a conclusion.
