Need help with school setup desperately!

Anyone!?  Please!!!  For the past two months myself with the IT director of our school have tried making our SSO with google work...We have done it for dozens of other services - this is not working for Adobe Express.  We need assistance/walkthrough the entire process.  Anyone!  Our school community is about to move to Canvas just beacuse this isn't going anywhere.  I can't find any real support anywhere!?!?!?!?!
