New Adobe Express not supported in my system

My system does not comply with the WebGL requirement meant for Adobe Express. Hence I am not able to use it. The older version of Adobe Express was working fine. Is there any solution to my issue? It is not possible for me to upgrade my video drivers. Is there any possibility for me to get the old Adobe Express?
