Question

New Express App

Why can't I access the web version of Express when using my iPad Pro?  I can't get the beta version of the app on my iPad, and this is my main device for design on the go. Is there a workaround that will allow me to access the web version while using Chrome on my iPad?

The attached screenshot was taken when I tried to log in to the web version of the app via Chrome.

Don't use a beta unless Adobe is paying you and you have an established contact inside at Adobe. It's not in ordinate for Adobe to have errors in features. It's common. Go back a couple versions. Begin there. I don't recommend beginning beta unless you've been working with Adobe for 30 years. Wisdom is required.

This is the only option I have to continue using express and the designs sync across devices. These new features have been "coming" for almost a year.

Hi @KWPRConsulting, As of now, the new version of the Adobe Express mobile app is not available on iPads and tablets; we are working on getting it on such devices. The iPads and tablets have the older version of the mobile app, and projects made on it will be synced to the web version or the new mobile version once we have the new updated app on such devices.

However, the web version accessible through desktop browsers will be in sync with mobile devices, i.e., every project made on either the webapp or the new mobile app will sync across and can be edited on any device.

For more details, please refer: https://adobe.ly/44spKen

and

Additionally, we are conducting weekly live sessions that can also help you navigate through the app and use it to its potential: https://adobe.ly/4a8a6px...

Thanks!
