I seem to have reached a limit on how many folders I am able to create in my Adobe Express account. The option for creating a new folder has gone away?

Please confirm from where you access Adobe Express from.

If you are accessing Adobe Express from the browser, have you tried clearing the browser's cache and cookies? You may also try using a different browser or accessing it in incognito or private mode to see if that helps.
