New version and wifi

Since the new version of A Express started i can only use it connecting from my phone company. Every time i try on wifi the app just freezes. This is a real problem for me cause i need fast internet to download. I already contacted an agent, but the problem persists. Any help???

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue.

We have seen a few reports of this issue from users in Costa Rica and Guatemala.

 

Could you try using a public DNS server, and let us know if that helps? Here are some examples:

https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/setup/

https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns
