No Access to Adobe Express - Transfer Projects

Question

I have an account through an organization and I was previously using Adobe Express for projects. However, I can no longer access it and I was informed that our organization no longer grants us access to Adobe Express. I had projects I was still working on as I was unaware I was going to lose access. How can I transfer my old projects that I can no longer see to a new account? I tried using the student transfer but that did not work.
