No access to Adobe laptop email link not working

I bought Adobe Express and I'm trying to access it via my laptop It's been a problem ongoing paid subscription questioning the reason cannot access Adobe Express via my laptop Link was emailed for installation click on link still website page not available or or found.... Disabled virus scan disabled Windows defender allowed exclusive access no VPN not sure what to do... Been on going for over a month... Utilizing your product to create website business cards signage etc.... business is suffering because of your product 

Please advise

    Sign in with your Adobe ID (same as your purchase account).

    If the site doesn’t load:

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
