I see you have exceeded the allotted Creative Cloud storage quota. I'd recommend you, please go through this article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html once and free up some space. 

This will help you resolve this issue. Let us know if it still doesn't work for you.
