Could you let me know if you are getting error message popups when using the premium features? Can you provide the nonprofit user's Adobe ID? You can share it with our community DM so it won't be publicly available. Is there any specific feature, or are all premium features disabled? Have they tried logging out and back in to their account or working from a different browser/incognito, or private browsing mode?
