not able to type new text

problem with add your new text that it doesnt type anything theres is no writing box text box disappear and deleted on backspace press

Hi

The new version of Express lets to type "inline": just select the text box, double click to enter editing mode, and type as you normally would.
Sometimes, this can be tricky if there is another object overlaid over the text, but there are workarounds for that as well: use the layers panel to select the text box, and hit Enter to enter editing mode.
