Not saving and can not download

Error message while trying to download: "We're working on you file. You'll be able to dowload it soon". This error message has been on my screen already 30 minutes now on Sunday evening at 9:32 pm Eastern European = Finland time. I like New Adobe Express but wish it would be more stable before moving to Premium-subsriber. [Personal Information has been removed by the Moderator]

The account ending *****en@**** runs on the Basic subscription. Please try to subscribe to the Adobe Express Premium again, as this enables users to download projects containing Stock Images.
