the notifaction (bell) icon keeps showing there is notifacations but apon clicking, there is nothing there ??

Hi there, We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please let us know when have you been seeing this issue? Have you tried signing out and signing back in again to check if that helps? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Let us know if that helps. ^TS
