November 2024 Adobe Express not working

Hello, I have had an issue for a few months now with adobe express not working on my windows 10 machine. Both is chrome and the app from the microsoft store. I can go to the homepage but I can not get into  any projects (new or old) and it just gets stuck in the load screen forever. It was working on my computer and one day just stopped. It still works on my laptop but this is a very frustrating issue. It seems that many othger users are experiencing this issue and are unable to access this service. I am paying for premium and I am computer litterate. I have follwed the suggestion like turning off adblock, turning off firewall, making sure vpn is off, clearing caches and allowing 3rd party cookies all to no avail. Since I can not access my product why should I still be paying for it. Would love some help as it was saving me a lot of time.
