Old Projects are not playing properly (audio is off)

I have two old projects for school from about a year ago that used to work fine, but now the audio is problematic. It starts fine, then there's a gap with no audio and when the audio comes back in it doesn't match the video and there are times when two voices overlap.

Sorry for the trouble. Please confirm a few things to reach the root cause of the issue:

 

- Which app are you using ?

- Is it a Web app / Mobile app ?

- When was the last time this worked fine?

- Any troubleshooting steps, if you have performed? 

- Kindly share a screenshot if possible.

- Which app are you using ? Creative Cloud Express

- Is it a Web app / Mobile app ? Web- Google Chrome

- When was the last time this worked fine? Not sure, I created them about a year ago. It’s something I need to update once a year.

- Any troubleshooting steps, if you have performed? I tried duplicating/making a copy with no luck. The audio is not synced properly and at times the audio tracks overlap.

- Kindly share a screenshot if possible. A screen shot won’t capture an audio issue.
