On my iPad Pro OS 26.0.1 Adobe Express 29.2.0 Contextual menus disappeared.

Question

When I'm working on an image that I'm placing into an image , if I need to duplicate it or or move forward to the front or back the contextual menu is gone. I literally have force quit the app every single thing I need to do just get the menu back. A simple job they should take me a half an hour is taking hours.
