On screen page navigation arrows missing

On my screen there use to bee one left and on right arrow to navigate through page but they are now missing. I can't find a way to turn them back on. Any tips?

Hi.

The arrows are back again 🙂 I guess it can have been a browser cache thing, or something like that.
