Only thing consistent about Creative Cloud Express is crashes and glitching

Does anyone else have the issue of both the old Spark and the Express web / desktop app/ mobile app ALL crashing consistently, glitching, leaving out text upon download, etc? 

 

I'm beyond frustrated and now pay for a Canva subscription in addition to this one since no one seems to be able to identify this problem from Adobe 🙄 Bogus.

Yes!!! It crashes every 10 seconds. I can barely save any work and it's so frustrating. I don't want to use other apps as all of my assets are from Illustrator but wish Adobe would do something about this!

Yes.  I'm experiencing the same problem.  I had to contact my IT support center since I am a college professor and cannot access any videos made from Spark.  Every time I attempt the desktop app, it crashes.  Still waiting for an answer from my college IT folks.

Hi there,

Sorry about that. Not what we want to hear. Things should be working better than that. Would you be able to clear cache and try again with the incognito/private mode on the browser you are using? If you are using the mobile app, please try resintalling it.
Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

Good morning. The problem with Adobe CC and now Adobe express, which consistently crash after launching is ongoing. I've cleared the cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've previously always tried to buy devices with hardware that Adobe recommends for use of the apps, like rush etc; the problem persists. Now I am using a Motorola edge 20pro and Adobe Creative cloud and Adobe express are still unusable.
