Anyone else having the issue where they cant scroll unless hovering over the sidebar on Express? I just noticed this today and its driving me crazy. My mouse scroll wont work unless my cursor is over the scroll bar on the side 😞

    I can download but still can't scroll through my files 


    Hi @Pebbles23113745aha4, a fix was released last week, and some users have confirmed the issue was resolved for them. Can you please ensure the app is updated to the latest version available on the store and share your observations here?

    When I open my projects section on mobile. I cant scroll down at all see all my projects. Since week its the same

    Hi @sara_dag, Could you please share your device make and model, along with the Adobe Express app version you’re using? A screen recording of the issue would also help us investigate further.


    We saw similar reports last week and released a fix that resolved the issue for some users. Your observations and details will help us confirm whether this is the same case or something new.

    Scroll down not working in your stuff... 

     

    Remaining my design not shown... Today I was renew my subscription... And immediately I phase the problem

      Hi @47506405, could you please provide the device's make and model, along with the version of the Adobe Express app? Also, share a screen recording of the issue so we can investigate.

       

      Similar reports were reported last week; we released a fix to resolve them, and some users reported that it was resolved for them.

      Do let us know about your observations, details, and share the recording for investigation.

      In the Adobe Express app on Android this morning my files won't scroll

        Could you please provide the device's make and model, along with the Adobe Express app version? If possible, please share a screen recording of the issue so we can investigate.

        Similar reports were reported early this week, and a fix was released to resolve them. I'll recheck it once internally and let you know.

        I'm experiencing this same issue!! I can scroll on every other page but I can't scroll on the "My Stuff"/"Files" page

          I've tried all of the suggested "Fixes" that were listed above, but nothing has resolved it

            Hi @Gavin33203881t20t, thanks for reaching out! Please confirm whether this is happening across all browsers or only in one. Have you tried working in private or incognito mode to see if that makes any difference?

              Hi there, I can't scroll through my files either, it's happening in my phone (S23Ultra) I can't work!!! Please fix this issue asap

              Hi, I already reinstalled the app twice and also restarted the phone, still not scrolling. I can scroll on any other parts of the app (like templates or even while editing) except on my folders: I can only see the first rows of archives but I can scroll down.   Yesterday I opened a thread about it https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/scrolling-on-android-app/idi-p/15672120


              Hi, I have opened the app on my phone to work and I can't scroll through my files. I can scroll on any other part of the app except on my folders files. Can anybody help and fix this issue. I have already deleted the cache and even reinstall the app, still not working. Thanks

              Scroll bar not loading when more than 1 page of assets are shown in a folder. Can't scroll down to view all items. 

               

              On a Mac with latest version of Chrome Version 144.0.7559.60 (Official Build) (arm64).

              Are you still having issues with the scroll bar in Adobe Express? Is it working fine for you now? Have you tried using any other recommended browsers or private/incognito browsing mode to see if that makes a difference?
