Past Adobe Spark Videos have disappeared

So I had several videos I have created in Adobe Spark the past few years while working on my Master's Degree. Trying to put together my portfolio, when I discovered to my horror that ALL of my past projects from Adobe Spark have disappeared and I can't find them with this new Creative Cloud Express. 

 

How can I get these back?!

Apparently 2018, so longer ago than I realized, though I am sure I went back in and made edits more recently than that.

Hi Heather,

 

Sorry for the trouble. Hope we can help. We see that users have found previous projects to load after clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or similar window. Projects should be available usually afterward. Other users have reported success by logging into the mobile app and then logging back into the browser version using a new "Incognito" or "Private" browser window. 

 

Try these steps and let us know if you still face any issues. We will keep a close watch on this.
