PDF format download error - i had no problems with download a few months ago what changed??

This project worked fine a month or two ago.  Now when i attempt to download in PDF document or PNG format(a test)….. when it looks like reaches 100% a window to the right edge opens up and says download status …. all clear logo and says no more issues detected with another download button below it.  if i click the button it just goes back to the start of download process.

 

please help can i send my project to someone to take a look

    Thanks for response. I really need to figure out. I tried incognito after clearing all browser history. Need to try another browser next. Thanks for that

     

    here is error on mobile. Doesn’t say details on desktop

    Thanks for sharing the details. Are you using assets from Adobe Stock or from your local drive? Can you please look into your project and find any corrupt, broken, or blank assets, remove them with another asset, and try again to check if that helps?

    How do you find the broken assets? I thought they were supposed to be marked with! I don’t see any throughout the project. Is there another way to identify these and also I do not use Adobe stock all the images were created by myself with Adobe products

    Welcome to the Adobe Express community!  We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

    If the above steps doesn’t help, can you share the screen recording of the issue?
