Pencil with Line Fonts?

Hello, everyone!

 

i'm trying to work on a project with fonts that I have added from the creative cloud. Many of them have a pencil with a line through them and I cannot select them. I'm using mobile, and everything should be updated to the latest edition. Any suggestions?
