Photo gallery not loading in licensed version of Creative Express

Hi,

The photo gallery does not load in my licenses version of Adobe Creative Express Video. Nor can I upload my own photos. It works fine in the free version. Is this a licensing issue?

Hi Sharon,

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Express app on the device where the thumbnails are not loading, that may resolve the issue. Please try and let us know if that helps.
