Photo library creative cloud express

I’m trying to upload photos from my iPad to edit an old spark project in creative cloud express. I uploaded one photo from my iPad. And now when I try to change any photo in any project by clicking “photo library” I only have the choice to select the one photo I previously uploaded. I can’t go back to my other photos on my iPad.

I have the same issue, trying to select different photos from Library to edit a collage. When I try to edit the collage, or even create a new one, I select Add>Photos>Photo Library it only displays the previously selected photos. Nothing else from my Photo Library. I do not have any error messages. Under Photos it has All Photos, Favorites, Recents, Recently Added. Each album is the original images from my collage. Not able to access current photo library.
