Photos missing

I've been using Adobe Express for awhile and can always access my entire photo gallery/camera roll. But today, most of the roll is missing. My permissions are still set to all photos and no settings have been changed... any advice? Thanks

Hi, 

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing which device you work on? Please share the device make/model & OS details, and the Adobe Express app version.

If possible, please share the workflow you follow via a screen recording. Does it happen with any specific kind of images as images that are captured by the device camera, downloaded images or shared images?

 

You can try reinstalling the app and restarting the device once to check if that makes any difference.

 

Let us know about your observations; we are here to help just need some more info.
