Photoshop express work is inaccessible on my ipad

Hello, 

Today I opened the app on my ipad, I could see my work was there but when I was asked to login it said I couldn't login. I came here to find that you've deleted this app from iOS or whatever-  made it non-workable. I know my work is on there and I was never informed of this and I want someone to tell me how to get my photos that I edited off of there. 

It's unacceptable  that you would do something like that without properly informing people about it! 

Would I be able to login on a non-iOS device still? if so, I plan to removal my work from there and stop using your apps since you're not trustworthy anymore.
