Playback Permissions for iPad 6.Gen + CC Express Video

Dear Community,

we've got an issue with playback permission on our iPad Gen 6. with Safari-Browser.

We want to play our videos which have an background music and a self-dubbed audio track.

By clicking "play" we get the attached error message.

Maybe you have some idea or a hint to fix that issue.
