Please cancel earlier subscription fee and refund monthly fees! I was unfortunately subscribed in 2 packages since the subscription on mobile cannot be applied on computer. I only needed to make minor amendments on a pdf but I was unnable to do so as the fonts were not matching. I ended up not using both versions and you restricted cancellation before payment. now you are also want to collect cancellation fees! please do not proceed with such fees and refund the amount collected.
