Poor quality/pixelated images when publishing webpage?

Has anyone been able to fix this? I have seen threads as far back as 2022 of people complaining about this issue and recieving absolutely no solution or help. The images I have are fine quality but adobe is chewing them up and spitting them out in my face.

I used to think that adobe was the epitome of quality, and that they would never fall so far down into the garbage. Yet it has been two years and they don't care that they have the poorest quality on the web I have ever seen?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a different service or program to replace adobe express and create a similiar webpage? Since adobe clearly doesn't have the mental power to fix its issues.
