Poor resolution when downloading jpg

I am new to Creative Cloud Express but not to Adobe products in general.  I created a project for email distribution using size dimensions 600w x 650h.   Resolution looks great while creating.  When I download as jpg or png image the resolution is diminished considerably.  Is there a setting I am missing when setting up project?  (similar to Photoshop 72, 180, 300 for example).

Hi Douglas, sorry for the trouble. Not what we want to hear. There is no such setting for image resolution while setting up the project. However, you can try to increase the size of the project in the same ratio by selecting the "Custom" option in the "Resize" menu and trying again?

 

If you don't want to change the dimensions then please try clearing cache and try again with the incognito/private mode on the browser you are using?

 

Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
