Possible Adobe Express Outage in Japan

There appears to be an Adobe Express outage here in Japan. I'm working on a project and I cannot search for photos nor videos. I am also not able to load any Adobo Express media on my premium account. Anyone else experiencing this issue? The virtual support assistant is not very helpful in identifying this issue either.

    Same issue in Australia, seems to be an outtage
