My last posting was March 13 it’s no longer on the calendar

    We’re sorry to hear about this. Do you mean the last scheduled post is no longer visible on the calendar? Please ensure you are signed in with your correct Adobe ID. Also, did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

    I was able to post today but everything I posted earlier in the month is gone. I also can't connect to Instagram.

    Every time I go through the exercise of reconnecting I always have a problem.

    Incognito still has no previous postings they are gone.

    To investigate this, could you please share your Adobe ID via private message? Do you get any error message while connecting to Instagram? Also, could you share a screen recording of the issue where you are unable to connect to Instagram?
