Premium Member - Text Templates not working

I am a Premium Member, in good standing, but when I go to the "Text" tab and choose a premium text template, it does not load the template.  If I hover over the crown in the lower-right corner of the template preview, it shows "You have access".

 

If I click on a template that is not Premium, it loads just fine.

 

If I go to "Photos" and select a Premium photo, the photo loads just fine.  So I am certain that this is not an issue with my Premium Membership.

 

Any ideas why I can't use the Premium text templates?

Thanks for reaching out! Can you please share the screen recording of the issue? 

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Same here. I can't choose premium text template.

me as well. Super frustrating because my boss is expecting something fast and normally i can do things with a quick turn around.
Is anyone from Adobe paying attention to this?

These appear to be working again.
